Draw-out Flame Arrestor

The drawer type flame arrestor, also called extractable or serviceable flame arrestor, is a pipeline and storage tank flame arrestor that allows the flame arrestor element to be quickly pulled out online. It is widely applied to vent nozzles of fixed roof storage tanks, downstream of breather valves, main vent headers and flammable gas pipelines. It integrates flame arresting function with convenient maintenance, and is extensively used in petrochemical plants and oil depots.

Core Features

The shell side is fitted with an openable cover plate and drawer-style element frame. There is no need to dismantle pipelines or breather valves; the flame arrestor element can be pulled out for cleaning or replacement simply by opening the cover, delivering high maintenance efficiency.



Structural Composition

Shell:Carbon steel / 304 / 316L stainless steel, flanged connection complying with GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, GOST standards.

Flame Arrestor Element (Core Component):304 or 316L corrugated plates, multi-layer wire mesh or porous metal; the clearance is designed in accordance with the MESG of the process medium.

Sealing Components:PTFE, fluoroelastomer (FKM), metal graphite gaskets
