Offshore Platform Filtration Solutions
Covers seawater systems, oil & gas systems, as well as utility, fire protection and compressed air systems; fully skid-mounted design, certified by CCS classification society, anti-corrosion construction adopting 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and titanium alloy materials.
Seawater Intake / Cooling / Fire Water Filtration (Core Product Line)
Operating conditions: High sediment, shell debris, seaweed, marine organism fouling and salt spray environment; working pressure 1.0–3.0 MPa, flow rate 50–500 m³/h.
Solution package: Fully automatic backwash filter skid (100–300 μm filtration precision) + precision cartridge safety filter (5–20 μm filtration precision).
Natural Gas Filtration (For Compressor Suction / Before Aftercoolers)
Multi-stage composite separation process: Gravity separation → wire mesh demisting → coalescing filtration (0.1–1 μm) → fine polishing filtration (5 μm).
Functions: Remove solid particulates (welding slag, rust scale, catalyst fines), free water and liquid hydrocarbons; prevent compressor abrasion, amine solution foaming and heat exchanger clogging.
Material specification: 316L stainless steel housing fitted with PTFE filter cartridges, resistant to H₂S and CO₂ corrosion.
Crude Oil / Produced Water Filtration
Basket & bag filters (10–50 μm): Eliminate sediment and corrosion by-products to protect pumps and heat exchangers.
Self-cleaning filters: Enable continuous operation under high-solids loading conditions and minimize manual maintenance.
Microchannel Heat Exchanger (PCHE) Solutions for Offshore Platforms
Seawater Cooling & Waste Heat Recovery
Solution: Titanium Alloy Microchannel Seawater Cooler
Applications: Generator cooling, hydraulic power unit cooling, process fluid temperature reduction
LNG/BOG Treatment (FPSO/FLNG)
Operating Conditions: LNG at -162°C; heat exchange and reliquefaction of BOG (Boil-Off Gas)
Solutions: PCHE BOG Heat Exchangers / Wet Gas Coolers
Core Advantages of Microchannel Heat Exchangers (Offshore-Specific)
Ultra-compact footprint: Only 1/10 to 1/6 the volume of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, conserving valuable platform space and load capacity
Superior pressure and temperature resistance: Rated for high pressure up to 27.9 MPa, with a wide operating temperature range of -19°C to +175°C, suitable for extreme oil & gas working conditions
High operational reliability: Diffusion-bonded construction, gasket-free design, minimal weld seams, excellent vibration resistance, zero leakage risk, and 30-year maintenance-free service life
Lightweight design: Merely 15%–20% of the weight of shell-and-tube alternatives, lowering platform structural loads and cutting installation costs
