Common Types of Environmental Protection Breathing Valves
All-Weather Breathing Valve: Suitable for ordinary storage tanks, sealed sewage tanks and wastewater equalization tanks. It maintains constant pressure ventilation and prevents odor diffusion.
Flame Arresting Breathing Valve: Applied to storage tanks of gasoline, diesel, organic solvents and hazardous chemicals. Integrated breathing and flame arresting functions for explosion protection and safety.

Solution 1: Covered & Sealed Sewage Tank System
Configuration: Pipe-connected breathing valves installed on tank tops, plus pre-installed dust filters on waste gas pipelines.
Working Flow: The breathing valve stabilizes pressure and blocks odor → waste gas is centrally collected → dust is removed via pre-filtration by filters → gas is conveyed to spray towers or activated carbon adsorption units for treatment.
Solution 2: Environmental Supporting Package for Chemical Tank Farms
Configuration: Flame arrester breathing valves, matched with basket filters or precision filters on waste gas branch pipes.
Advantages: Explosion-proof and flame arresting performance, constant-pressure ventilation, impurity interception, and blockage prevention for waste gas treatment equipment.
Solution 3: Front-end Filtration for Spray Towers & Waste Gas Treatment Equipment
Configuration: Primary filters at air inlets + wire mesh mist eliminator filters inside the tower.
