Functions
Positive Pressure Air Release: During bin pump air intake, fluidization and feeding, internal bin pressure rises; the valve automatically exhausts air to stabilize pressure.
Negative Pressure Air Intake: When discharging materials and creating negative pressure, the valve automatically supplements air to prevent bin collapse and tank deformation caused by vacuum.
Sealed Dust Prevention: Built-in dust filter layer ensures dust-free exhaust and eliminates dust leakage.

Scheme 1: Pneumatic Conveying System with Pressure Vessel Pump
Top of pressure vessel pump: Breather valve (pressure stabilization & dust prevention)
Side/top of tank body: Spring-loaded relief valve (overpressure safety protection)
Normal startup and shutdown rely on the breather valve to balance air pressure; the relief valve provides backup protection against abnormal overpressure, delivering dual safety safeguards.
