Hand-crank Sampler
The Hand Crank Closed Sampler features a manually driven piston/plunger mechanism with no electricity or process pressure required. Ideal for zero/low/slightly negative pressure sites, it performs fixed-volume liquid sampling from tanks, tankers, low-level pipes, atmospheric reactors and sewage tanks.

Working Principle
Crank the handle manually to drive reciprocating motion of the internal piston/plunger. Based on volumetric suction principle, liquid media inside pipelines and vessels are hermetically drawn into the sampling chamber or sampling bottle.
Structural Composition
Hand Crank Driving Mechanism: Handwheel, transmission rack/gear, piston pull rod.
Main Pump Body: Integrally forged chamber with corrosion resistance and pressure resistance.
Sampling Vessel: Sealed sampling bottle, liquid collecting cup.
