Closed Gas Sampler

The fully enclosed Gas Closed Sampler collects flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive gas from process pipes and vessels with zero leakage. Samples are isolated from air throughout sampling to protect operators and the environment, meeting environmental and explosion-proof codes.

Working Principle

The device adopts closed-loop circulation and purging modes. Connect the seamless pressure-resistant stainless steel sampling cylinder to the process pipeline. First circulate and replace residual gas inside the pipeline, then conduct fully enclosed sampling. After sampling, the pipeline can be purged with nitrogen to avoid discharge of residual gas.



Structural Composition

Cabinet:Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, available in cabinet type or panel type, with protection and explosion-proof performance.

Core Components:Sampling cylinder (300mL / 500mL, seamless spin forming), needle valve, quick coupling, pressure gauge, thermometer, filter, vent / purge port, cooling or heating module (optional).

Wide Adaptability: Works under a broad range of temperature and pressure conditions. Optional accessories include cooling/heating modules, booster pumps (for insufficient pressure differential) and pressure reducing valves (for high-pressure working conditions).



Structure & Connection Parameters

Process inlet and outlet connections: DN15 / DN20 / DN25, available with flanges complying with GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, GOST standards or ferrule fitting connections.

Purge connection: N3 (for 0.4~0.6 MPa nitrogen or compressed air supply).

Discharge connection: Vent / flare connection (optional).
