Closed Liquid Sampler

The Liquid Closed Sampler is a dedicated sampling device for working conditions in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, environmental protection and other industries. It collects process liquids, corrosive liquids, volatile, toxic, flammable, high-temperature and high-pressure liquid media in a fully enclosed, leak-free manner.

Working Principle

It adopts closed-loop circulation and purging design. Connect the borosilicate glass bottle to the sampling system. Circulate to displace residual liquid in pipelines first, then perform fully enclosed sampling. After sampling, the pipeline can be purged with nitrogen to eliminate residual liquid discharge.



Structural Composition

Cabinet:Constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel, available in cabinet type or panel type, with protective and explosion-proof performance.

Core Components:Borosilicate glass bottle, needle valve, dual sampling needle assembly, pressure gauge, thermometer, filter, vent/purge port, cooling/heating module (optional).

Wide Adaptability: Applicable to wide temperature and pressure ranges. Optional accessories include cooling/heating modules, booster pumps (for insufficient pressure differential) and pressure reducing valves (for high-pressure service).



Structure & Connection Parameters

Process inlet & outlet connections: DN15/DN20/DN25, available with flanges complying with GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, GOST standards or ferrule fitting connections.

Purge connection: N3 (for nitrogen or compressed air supply at 0.4~0.6 MPa).

Discharge connection: Vent / flare connection (optional).
