Oxygen mixer
Industrial Oxygen Mixer (also known as Oxygen-Enriched Mixer / Pipeline Gas Mixer) is specially designed for continuous, uniform and safe inline mixing of oxygen with air, nitrogen or process gases. It is commonly available in diffusion type and jet injection type, widely applied in blast furnace oxygen enrichment, chemical industry, fuel gas treatment, welding shielding gas preparation and other scenarios.

Structure & Working Principle
Structure:Consists of outer cylinder, inner cylinder (oxygen annular chamber), flow guide cylinder, inlet & outlet flanges and oxygen connection port. Main construction materials: 304 / 316L stainless steel.
Working Principle:Oxygen enters the annular cavity between inner and outer cylinders from the side, then jets at high velocity through small holes on the flow guide cylinder into the main pipeline for homogeneous blending with the main gas medium.
Features:Maintenance-free, uniform mixing, explosion-proof & safe operation, low pressure drop; suitable for gas mixing with large pipe diameters and high flow rates.

Welding Requirements:Implemented in accordance with GB 50236-2011.
Weld joints feature smooth transition and shall pass Class II radiographic non-destructive testing (NDT).
Shell Requirements:Smooth inner wall free of burrs; complete degreasing and oil removal treatment for the whole unit.
