SK Type Static Mixer

SK Static Mixer is a non-powered mixing element installed inside pipelines. It realizes fluid splitting, swirling and mixing through alternately left and right twisted spiral blades. It features anti-clogging performance and is suitable for media containing impurities or high-viscosity fluids. It is widely applied in continuous mixing, emulsification, reaction and heat transfer processes of chemical, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Structure & Working Principle

Structure:Consists of a pipe shell and internal inserts, which are assembled and welded by alternately arranged left-handed and right-handed spiral blades with 180° or 270° twist angle.

Working Principle:When fluid flows through the spiral inserts, it undergoes splitting, swirling, radial displacement and recombination. Repeated shearing and replacement enable high-efficiency mixing under both laminar and turbulent flow conditions.

Main Features:No moving parts, maintenance-free, excellent anti-clogging capacity, compatible with high-viscosity media and low energy consumption.
