SV Type Static Mixer

The SV Static Mixer is a non-powered, high-dispersion corrugated plate mixing element installed inside pipelines. It cuts, shears, swirls and radially displaces fluid via 3D corrugated units, delivering extremely high mixing efficiency and ultra-fine emulsified particle size. It is suitable for precision mixing, emulsification, reaction and heat transfer of low-viscosity and clean media.

Structure & Working Principle

Structure:Consists of shell and corrugated plate units. V-shaped corrugations are cross-assembled and welded to form 3D Z-shaped flow channels; hydraulic diameter dh equals the corrugation pitch of the unit.

Working Principle:Laminar flow: Fluid undergoes repeated splitting, redirection, recombination and radial exchange with multi-layer shearing effect. Turbulent flow: Intense vortex and high shear force are generated to tear liquid droplets down to 1–2 μm, with mixing unevenness ≤1%.

Features:Dual helical flow path, ultra-high mixing efficiency, specially suitable for clean media.
