SX Type Static Mixer
The SX Static Mixer is a non-powered cross-bar mixing element specially designed for medium and high viscosity fluids installed inside pipelines. It achieves repeated fluid splitting, shearing, radial displacement and vortex mixing through X-shaped units. It features high mixing uniformity and is suitable for mixing, reaction and heat transfer of medium-high viscosity, large-flow media with minor impurities.

Structure & Working Principle
Structure:It consists of a shell and X-type mixing units. Cross bars are regularly assembled and welded to form X-shaped flow channels.
Working Principle:As fluid passes through X-type units, it undergoes repeated cutting, redirection, radial exchange and vortex mixing, delivering efficient mixing under both laminar and turbulent flow conditions.
Features:The preferred model for medium and high viscosity media; moderate anti-clogging capacity, high mixing efficiency, low pressure drop, no scale-up effect, maintenance-free operation.
