Multi Cartridge Precision Filter
High Flow Precision Filter (also known as High Flow Cartridge Filter) is an industrial precision filtration equipment. It features large flow capacity, high filtration accuracy, strong dirt holding capacity, compact structure and easy maintenance. It is widely applied for fluid purification in water treatment, chemical, power, electronics, food & beverage and other industries.

Working Principle
Driven by pressure, fluid enters the filter housing via the inlet and flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inside. The microporous structure of the cartridge retains contaminants including solid particles, colloids and bacteria larger than the pore size on its outer surface or inner pores. Purified fluid discharges from the center to complete solid-liquid or solid-gas separation.

PP (Polypropylene): Cost-effective universal type, 0.1–50μm accuracy, resistant to weak acid and weak alkali, suitable for water treatment.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Resists strong acid and alkali, high temperature resistance (~200℃), applicable to corrosive liquids and gases.
PES / Nylon: Excellent hydrophilicity and high flow rate, widely used in sanitary filtration for pharmaceutical and food industries.
Metal (Stainless Steel / Titanium): High temperature & pressure resistance, cleanable and reusable, ideal for high-temperature oil slurry and chemical melt.
Wire Wound: For high-turbidity wastewater, maximum operating temperature ≤120℃
