Working Principle

Driven by pressure, fluid enters the filter housing through the inlet and passes through the filter cartridge from outside to inside. The microporous structure of the cartridge traps impurities such as solid particles, colloids and bacteria larger than the pore size on its outer surface or internal pores. The purified fluid flows out from the center, realizing solid-liquid or solid-gas separation.

PP (Polypropylene): Cost-effective general type, accuracy 0.1–50μm, resistant to weak acid and weak alkali, ideal for water treatment.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Resistant to strong acid & alkali, high temperature resistant (~200℃), suitable for corrosive liquids and gases.

PES / Nylon: Good hydrophilicity and high flow rate, widely used in sanitary filtration for pharmaceutical and food industries.

Metal (Stainless Steel / Titanium): High temperature & high pressure resistance, cleanable and reusable, applicable for high-temperature oil slurry and chemical melt.

Wire Wound: For high-contaminant water, max operating temperature ≤80℃
