Single Inlet Breather Valve
Single Inhale Valve solely serves air intake and pressure replenishment. Suitable for atmospheric/low-pressure tanks and nitrogen-blanketed tanks, it avoids tank collapse from negative pressure formed by feeding, cooling and falling liquid levels.

Working Principle
Negative Pressure Intake: When the internal tank pressure drops below the set negative pressure, the vacuum disc opens to admit ambient air and restore tank pressure.
Sealed Standby: Under normal operating pressure, the disc seals tightly by its own weight to isolate the atmosphere and cut down medium volatilization.

Product Features
Low opening-closing differential pressure; the lift height reaches at least 1/3 of the nominal diameter of the single inhale valve.
Multiple optional materials are available for valve seat and valve plug manufacturing, applicable to various working conditions.
Both valve plug and valve seat assemblies are field-replaceable.
Certified discharge curves compatible with all product sizes.
Flange standards can be selected as per customer requirements (GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, GOST).
