Oil-water Separator
The oil-water separator adopts principles including swirl separation, coalescence separation and high-pressure separation to separate grease from oily wastewater. It is applicable to oily wastewater treatment in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemical industry, electric power & steel, and new energy.

Working Principle
Axial Swirl Separation (AHC):Fluid enters the swirl chamber tangentially. Under centrifugal force (1000×g), the low-density oil phase converges toward the center while the water phase flows outward to the periphery, achieving rapid separation of oil droplets ranging from 10 to 50 μm.
High-Pressure Enhanced Coalescence:The central oil core and water stream carrying tiny oil droplets pass through oleophilic and hydrophobic coalescing filter elements (metal mesh / glass fiber / PTFE). Emulsified oil droplets of 1–10 μm agglomerate into large oil droplets above 100 μm.
Two-Phase Split Flow:Oil phase: Discharged through the top high-pressure oil drain port to an oil recovery tank;;Water phase: Discharged through the bottom high-pressure water outlet for subsequent treatment or direct standard-compliant discharge.
