Gas-liquid Separator

Gas-liquid separators are mainly applied in pipeline systems to rapidly separate gas and liquid, removing liquid water droplets, oil mist, condensed water and impurity droplets contained in compressed air, steam and process gases. They are widely used in air compressors, steam pipelines, chemical industry, water treatment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, HVAC and industrial fluid systems.

Working Principle

Swirl Centrifugation: The medium enters the chamber and rotates at high speed; liquid media and impurities are thrown onto the cylinder wall by centrifugal force.

Gravity Sedimentation: Liquid flows down the cylinder wall into the liquid storage chamber at the bottom, while gas flows upward.

Mist Capture & Separation: Built-in water baffles / baffle separation structures trap fine mist droplets to improve separation efficiency.

Automatic Drainage: A drain valve / automatic steam trap is installed at the bottom to automatically discharge accumulated liquid and deliver pure gas.
