PP Bag Filter
Polypropylene Bag Filter (PP Bag Filter) is a pressure filtration equipment mainly made of polypropylene (PP) that realizes solid-liquid separation via filter bags. Famous for excellent corrosion resistance, low cost and easy maintenance, it is widely applied in precision filtration of corrosive liquids and sanitary fluids.

Core Structure
It mainly consists of PP filter housing, support basket, PP filter bag, sealing assembly, inlet and outlet ports, as well as vent and drain ports.
PP Filter Housing: Integrally injection molded, weld-free and dead-space-free, featuring corrosion resistance and leak-proof performance.
Support Basket: Available in metal or PP material, used to prop open filter bags, bear pressure and guide fluid flow.
PP Filter Bag: The core filter element, manufactured from polypropylene fibers through melt-blown and needle-punching processes. Its microporous structure enables high-precision filtration.
Sealing Parts: Made of EPDM or fluororubber, they ensure tight sealing between cover and housing to prevent liquid bypass leakage.
